Egg Masala

Egg masala recipe is a non vegetarian curry recipe made using boiled and fried eggs in onion tomato masala gravy to be eaten with rice.
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 2 green chillies (chopped)
- 3 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 4 eggs (hard-boiled and cut into halves)
- 1 sprig of curry leaves
- 60 gm Kitchen Treasures Egg Masala
- Water as needed
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Preparation

Step1
Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, green chillies and onions. Saute till the onions turn translucent.

Add ginger-garlic paste and stir till the raw smell disappears.

Step3
Add tomatoes and sauté till they turn mushy.

Step4
Add Kitchen Treasures Egg Masala and water to make gravy. Stir till gravy reduces and thickens.

Add the boiled eggs and stir. Take off the flame and garnish with a sprig of coriander or a boiled egg.
